Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you including delivery costs.
The repayment will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Return of Goods
The goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made products (for example personalized 3D prints)
- digital downloads after the download has started
- sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
