3D Design
Need a part that does not exist yet? We design it, print it and send it to you. Or we print the file you already have.
How it works
- Tell us what you need. A sketch, a photo, rough dimensions or a broken part. If you already have an STL or 3MF file, we go straight to printing.
- We design it. Technical parts in Fusion 360, figures and organic shapes in Blender. You get renderings to approve before anything is printed.
- We print a prototype. We check the fit and adjust. From idea to printed prototype usually takes less than two weeks.
- We produce it. Single pieces or small series, up to around 1000 pieces a month depending on size, printed in Austria.
Two kinds of design
Technical parts
Enclosures, ASIC shrouds, fan ducts, stands and brackets, modeled in Fusion 360 to the millimeter, so the part fits what it is built for.
Figures and art
Busts, figures and decorative pieces with organic shapes, sculpted in Blender. Renderings included.
Materials
- PLA Prototypes, figures and decorative pieces
- PETG Functional parts that need to be tougher and take more heat
- ASA Outdoor parts, UV and weather resistant
- TPU Flexible parts like buttons, grips and seals
- Resin Small pieces with fine detail
