What is Grade 7 Titanium?
Titanium Grade 7 is mechanically and physically equivalent to Titanium Grade 2, with the exception of additional interstitial palladium which makes this material an alloy. Grade 7 demonstrates excellent weldability, fabricability, and is the most corrosion resistance of all titanium alloys. Due to the palladium content, Titanium Grade 7 is extremely resistant to corrosion. Thus, for example, titanium grade 7 is resistant to salt water and is suitable for handling chlorides media. In addition, Titanium Grade 7 is resistant to erosion or impacts.

Make your mark
Marking the plates is a two-step process; (1) the plates are first punched with either an automatic or manual centering punch, and then (2) the punch marks are inked with a fine-point Sharpie or similar permanent marker to facilitate maximum scan-ability. Punching should be done on a solid surface that minimizes absorption of the shock from the punching force.

Some signers / hardware wallets may not support the 21×21 “compact” seedQR format, for more info see https://github.com/SeedSigner/seedsigner/tree/dev/docs/seed_qr and consult your device’s specs for definitive information. For obvious reasons, returns/refunds are not possible once the punching process has been initiated.
