2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.gobrrr.me between:

Druck Hoch Drei e.U. (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”)

and the customer.

Customers may be consumers or businesses.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product.

The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order or dispatches the goods.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Euro.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

For deliveries outside the European Union additional customs duties or taxes may apply.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

If a product is unavailable the customer will be informed.

6. Transfer of Risk

For consumers the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

For businesses the risk passes to the shipping provider upon dispatch.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Druck Hoch Drei e.U. until full payment has been received.

8. Digital Products

For digital products the customer receives a non-transferable license for personal use.

Reselling or distributing digital content is not permitted.

9. Custom Products

Products manufactured according to customer specifications (for example personalized 3D prints) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

For consumers the warranty period is two years.

For businesses the warranty period is one year.

11. Liability

The seller is fully liable in cases of:

  • intent
  • gross negligence
  • injury to life, body or health

In cases of minor negligence liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from essential contractual obligations.

12. Use of Products

Electronic products must only be used according to their intended purpose.

The seller is not liable for damage caused by:

  • improper use
  • unauthorized modifications
  • incorrect installation

13. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers this choice of law only applies insofar as mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer’s country are not restricted.

Orders are shipped from Austria.

Available shipping methods and costs are displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

EU: usually 3–10 business days
International: depends on destination country

Customs and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
